It is now next to the South Parking Lot, in building M, rooms 681-686. Please use the fourth green door facing the middle quad to enter.
The SRJC Roseland Student Services Office staff is available to help you with the following services and information:
- Assistance with online admissions application (only Monday - Thursday from 12 pm to 5 pm and Friday from 8am -12 pm)
- Registration for classes
- Counseling appointments and appointments for EMLS Placement testing
- Class schedule information

Free Non-Credit Class Offerings
- Noncredit English for Multilingual Students EMLS (formerly ESL)
- Noncredit College Skills CSKLS (GED or Hi-SET Preparation)
- Noncredit Spanish Literacy Classes
- Lifelong Learning (formerly Older Adult Classes): arts, autobiographical writing, discussion groups and fitness
- Noncredit Adult Education Classes ADLTED, including Basic Computer Classes and short term vocational certificates. SPECIAL OFFER: free carpentry class
Class Schedule
Spring classes will start January 13, 2025. Mid-term classes will start March 24, 2025 with registration starting on March 3, 2025. .
If you enroll in an online class, the instructor will contact you via email a few days before the class starts with instructions on how to attend.

How to Register
- Submit a noncredit SRJC admissions application at www.santarosa.edu/apply or visit our office.
- Obtain a Student Identification Number (SID).
- Schedule an appointment for a placement test (only for EMLS students)
- Schedule an appointment for an orientation.
- Schedule an appointment with an academic counselor to create an education plan after you have completed the orientation.
- Enroll in a class online through your student portal or visit our office.
There are 2 ways students can enroll in classes:
1. Visit any of the following offices and fill out a registration card. (Note: During June and July all offices are closed on Fridays).

2. Enroll online via their Student Portal
Registration for the 2025 Summer and Fall semesters
The schedule for 2025 Summer/Fall semester classes will tentatively post online on April 1, 2025
- 2025 Summer semester classes will start on Monday, June 16, 2025;
- 2025 Fall semester classes will start on Monday, August 18, 2025
Open registration for 2025 Summer and Fall classes starts on Thursday, May 8, 2025.
If students would like to register for classes before that date, they need to have Priority registration. In order to gain Priority registration noncredit students need to be fully matriculated.
The schedule for students’ priority registration dates will tentatively post to their student portal on April 1, 2025
