It is now next to the South Parking Lot, in building M, rooms 681-686. Please use the fourth green door facing the middle quad to enter.

The SRJC Roseland Student Services Office staff is  available to help you with the following services and information:
      - Assistance with online admissions application (only Monday - Thursday  from 10 pm to 6 pm and Friday from 8 am -12 pm)
      - Registration for classes
      - Appointments for EMLS Placement testing, Zoom orientation and Education Plan creation with a Counselor
      - Class schedule information

Free Non-Credit Class Offerings

  • Noncredit English for Multilingual Students EMLS (formerly ESL)
  • Noncredit College Skills CSKLS (GED or Hi-SET Preparation)
  • Noncredit Spanish Literacy Classes
  • Lifelong Learning LL (formerly Older Adult Classes): arts, autobiographical writing, discussion groups and fitness
  • Noncredit Adult Education Classes  ADED, including Basic Computer Classes and short term vocational certificates. SPECIAL OFFER: free carpentry class

Open registration for 2026 Spring classes starts on Thursday, December 4, 2025

If students would like to register for classes before that date, they need to have Priority Registration. In order to gain Priority registration noncredit students, need to be fully matriculated = Student has completed an orientation and met with an academic counselor to create an educational plan for the 2026 Spring semester. If you register for an online class, the instructor will contact you be email a few days before the class starts with instructions on how to join the class. If you have any questions regarding your class, please email your instructor. How to EnrollSpring 2026 registration Flyer

  1. Submit a noncredit SRJC admissions application at www.santarosa.edu/apply or visit our office.
  2. Obtain a Student Identification Number (SID).
  3. Schedule an appointment for a placement test (only for EMLS students)
  4. Schedule an appointment for an orientation.
  5. Schedule an appointment with an academic counselor to create an education plan.
  6. Register in a class online through your student portal - or visit one of the following offices to get support: 

    Welcome Center, Roseland, Student Services Office:  Mon-Thu: 10am-6pm, Fri: 8am-12pm
    Welcome and Connect Center, SRJC Petaluma, Mike Smith Hall:   Mon, Tue, Thu: 8am-5pm, Wed: 8am-7pm, Fri: 8am-12pm
    Admission & Records, SRJC Santa Rosa, Plover Hall:     Mon-Thu: 8am-5pm, Fri: 8am-1pm

    You will need your Student ID number, Password and section number of the class.
